Practice Management Seminar Join us for a NEW Practice Management Seminar presented by Cammie Hauser of Atticus. Last year’s seminar sold out and was rated Excellent by attendees!
This year’s seminar features new content with Cammie Hauser diving deeper into specific productivity topics that were covered superficially last year. She will address the struggles attorneys face and have practical solutions to be implemented when you return to the office. Examples include prioritization when there are competing demands, scheduling effectively, taming the e-mail beast, and developing the skill of delegation. A completely new topic this year will include staff challenges - how to hire and when to fire staff are difficult lessons to learn. The costs of keeping marginal staff and managing staff to build a championship team will be addressed and will help participants immediately! Application is pending for MCLE credits for the Practice Management Seminar.

The Office of the Executive Secretary, Supreme Court of Virginia, approved the UnProgram for 6.0 hours of GAL continuing education credit. Application is pending with the Virginia State Bar for MCLE credits.
