As a part of VAELA’s 20th anniversary celebration, we are pleased to announce NATALIE CHOATE, nationally known as America's leading author and speaker on estate and distribution planning for retirement benefits, will present Friday morning, September 23, at the general session beginning at 9 am (note the earlier start time). Additionally, VAELA will offer an Advanced Practitioners Round Table Thursday afternoon, September 22, and will feature six hours of concurrent breakout sessions on Saturday, September 24.

MCLE Information: The VSB Virginia Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Board approved the 2022 UnProgram for 9.0 credit hours including (2.0) credit hours for Ethics.
GAL Continuing Education Credit: The Office of the Executive Secretary, Supreme Court of Virginia, approved the 2022 UnProgram for 6.0 GAL (adults) continuing education credits.
All registrants will receive an email ~10 days before the UnProgram begins with information to access online written materials and CLE certification forms.
